A two-stage FDA strategy targets 510(k) clearance by Q4-2026/Q1-2027 for a minimal-manipulation device, with a follow-on therapeutic IDE/PMA claim in 2029. The company is already discussing leading strategic partnerships towards the initial launch in early 2027. Cell-Lipo is raising a $10 M Series A, with $3 M A1 Tranche to complete R&D, manufacturing and FDA 510(k) filing, and $7 M after 510(k) approval to fund the therapeutic trial and IDE submission.
